You can select from one of our existing themed tour listed above.
Alternatively you can coordinate with Tosca once you have booked your tour to make sure we cover your favorite art periods, artists, movements. We are always happy to curate a tour just for you.
Not all availability is listed in the calendar and we welcome you to contact us with the form below indicating:
- Possible dates you are interested in
- Number of people who would join the tour
- Which visit would you like to do?
We will get back to you in 48 hours maximum with a quote and information on how to book.
Types of payment accepted: Bank transfer, check, Zelle.
RATES & CONDITIONS
important notes for our small group tours
Minimum Participation Policy: Our small group tours require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed.
If the minimum is not reached, we will notify guests and issue a full refund 24 hours before the start date of the tour.
(Sometimes, if the minimum is not met, guests may choose to purchase an extra ticket to ensure the tour takes place. This option is still cheaper than booking a private tour, while providing an experience that feels like a private tour.)
cancellation policy
1. Guest Cancellations
- Guests can cancel their tour up to 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund.
- For cancellations made after this period, the following options apply:
- Credit: Guests may receive a credit for the full value of the event booked.
- Partial Refund: Alternatively, guests can opt for a refund of 50% of the value of the event to their credit card.
- If a guest requests a refund within 24 hours of the start of the Experience, only a credit will be issued.
- Once a tour has begun or has ended, no refunds will be available.
2. Organizer Cancellations
In the event that Art With Tosca must cancel the tour due to illness or major unforeseen issues, guests will have the option to:
- Postpone the tour to a later date, or
- Receive a full refund of the tour amount.
3. Unpredictable Circumstances
- In cases of unpredictable closures of monuments (e.g., strikes, security reasons, or severe weather conditions), Art With Tosca will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer suitable solutions, which may include:
- Postponing the tour
- Changing the tour itinerary
- Offering a partial reimbursement if applicable.
